History

Stone Age (Stone Age Concepts) was founded in 1997 by Carl and Johan Grobler. The company was started as a family business with a plant manufacturing simulated stone products at Donkerhoek Pretoria, which is also the Head Office.

The business has since grown to one of the biggest simulated stone product suppliers in South Africa with franchises in the following areas:

• North West : Rustenburg
• KwaZulu-Natal : Durban Franchise
• Mpumalanga : Nelspruit Franchise
• Western Cape : George Franchise
